Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old. Richard McClintock, a Latin professor at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, looked up one of the more obscure Latin words, consectetur, from a Lorem Ipsum passage, and going through the cites of the word in classical literature, discovered the undoubtable source. Lorem Ipsum comes from sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 of "de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum" (The Extremes of Good and Evil) by Cicero, written in 45 BC. This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..", comes from a line in section 1.10.32.

Today’s ASX announcement (10 June) is $1.33, not $1.335 as stated above.

Hi Shannon,

Congratulations on a very successful VTH recommendation. Unfortunately, I have not been able to take advantage of this opportunity, so far. Still, if you could clarify these points for me:

1. The on-going bids include the already-paid interim dividend of 2.5 cents, am I correct? If I am, this means that the current bids of $1.185 per share is worth only $1.16 per share, isn’t it?

2. This means that current shareholders can sell on the market for around $1.185, meaning their shares, would be worth a total of $1.185 plus 2.5 cents or $1.21. Correct?

Thanks.

John

Hi John,

The offer is $1.16 plus an allowed $0.025 distribution which has yet to be paid, so the total is $1.185. This means anyone buying at $1.185 is buying with no downside but exposure to future bids.

And thank you for the congratulations too!

Regards,
Shannon
