In this week’s show

01:36 – Q1:Can I have your thoughts on Pioneer credit who seem to know what they are doing in that industry.

05:23 – Q2:Now that JHG has left our ASX is it worthwhile looking to purchase in the USA?

06:32 – Q3:I note that a Director of Nick Scali, Carolyn Molyneux,  announced to the market yesterday that she has sold her entire holding in NCK.

The sale was 25,000 shares, for an average price of $15.26.

I also note that Anthony Scali sold a significant portion of his holding some time back.  At the time he did state that it would increases the free float in the Company.  Certainly, the share price has been very strong over this financial year. The recent surge in population should be great for numerous retailers.

I further note that 4 major share analysts have significantly upgraded their pricings for NCK.

Does any-one have any thoughts about the Directors selling shares?

11:16 – Q4:I was listening to a podcast where a fundamental analysis described concerns this market is getting overbought. The comment was it all momentum trading and FOMO causing the unsustainable increases. Would be great to hear your thoughts on this comment and if you believed this is true and how we should position ourselves in this market. Keep up the brilliant work.

14:51 – Q5:Could you please comment on European Energy Australia. Its into windfarms. I am not sure which stock exchange they are listed on. Do they make a profit?
