05:41 – Q2:I am AKE shareholder with 2000 shares I don’t understand that after merger A6lkem is supposed to own approx 56% of the the Co NewCo The question is why is it based on 1 NewCo for 1 AKE By my calculation i believe i should recieve 2240 for my 2000 Does all that make sense Can you please explain?
