In this episode of Virtually Live, Shannon Rivkin covers: Probiotec Limited (PBP), Dicker Data (DDR), Atlas Arteria (ALX) and more.

In this week’s show

17 – Q1:I noted that you made reference to PBP in Virtually Live a few weeks ago when its share price was around $2.90. I believe that the takeover is at $3.00 and there is a potential for dividends of up to $0.075c to be paid in addition to the $3.00 offer price, ie value could be up to $3.075 plus franking. Is this correct? Also the current share price is around $2.84. Are you aware of any reason for the large difference (5.3%) between the current PBP share price and the offer price?

33 – Q2:More of a comment than question. Re the 45 day rule for F credits, there must be many like myself who are a long way from the $5000 threshold for credits and would benefit from takeovers involving franked dividends.

36 – Q3:I’ve held IFL (IOOF) for a while now and hoping their wealth advise market consolidation strategy would pay off since their acquisition of OnePath and MLC, etc. with Renato Motta now out of role I’m keen to gather your thoughts on this stock and its recovery potential. Thanks for the great insights you share regularly with the members!

55 – Q4:From the webinar I am interested in ALX and AX1 holdings, whether these would be good buys at the present time.

55 – Q5:Thanks for the clear explanation provide in your show. I have a Hi-conviction holding and I am hoping you indicate whether it is currently long term hold or sell:360.

50 – Q6:What do you think of Dicker Data as a possible addition to the portfolio ?

02 – Q7:What do you think of IPO’s in general? Is this an area in which Rivkin gets involved? If so, please provide comment/recommendation on new IPO Litchfield Minerals Ltd.

21 – Q8:I am interested to start investing in the AI industry.  I’d like to hear your opinion on this industry and some of your favourite companies in this sector?
