I note that a month ago, Donald Trump had to effectively be smuggled out of danger, in that Iran had an assassination attempt brewing.

I have recently been chatting with a friend about what would happen if there wasn’t a Trump in power. I note that his approval rating is as low as Richard Nixon’s back in the day, when Nixon was removed from office due to the water gate scandal.

I have read that Donald Trump’s term ends on 20 January 2029. He seems to think that he will stay on for a third term. I am concerned that he appears to have done a deal with Saudi Arabia, allowing them to develop high-grade nuclear material. That was Trump’s rationale for invading Iran.

I would appreciate your thoughts on these matters, if you have the time. I note that it’s a busy time, with it being Reporting Season.
