06:41 – Q1: I own shares in HVN. I checked re the “substantial shareholders” list today, on the CMC website. It does not list anything about substantial shareholders. I seem to recall that Gerry Harvey was a substantial shareholder, along with others.
Do you have any thoughts regarding this?
08:17 – Q2: ALX a previous events stock now closed taking a healthy profit. The stock is still listed and has dropped back from the highs during the take over and now trading at $4.40.
I was looking at getting back in again with a good yield 6.7% at current prices but want your thoughts on the fact that one shareholder IFM owns 67%. Is this a good thing ,they may wish to take more and buy out the rest in the future or is it a disadvantage having such a large single shareholder?
