04:04 – Q1: Just read your latest MYX update thanks. The last I saw the court case was due to commence early September. Has any date been set?
And I know there isn’t a lot of precedence for this type of thing…. But does most of the evidence / arguments etc get lodged to the court beforehand meaning a decision may be made reasonably quickly? Or does it all get presented from day 1 and the case potentially drags on for months?
07:30 – Q2: The recent recommendation on IPH. Hasn’t performed well like many other excellent recommendations that have and has dropped some 20% on no news – given the yield it may be an average down opportunity- but is there any sign of a smoking gun ? For such a non volatile business model its a big fall – any comment please.
