In this episode of Virtually Live, Shannon Rivkin covers: Generation Development Group (GDG), Mayne Pharma Group (MYX), Betashares Geared US EQTY (GGUS) and more.
04:00 – Q1: Can you provide some insight into what is happening with GDG Generation Development Group, which is part of the Rivkin Growth Portfolio. Following your advice I bought it at $6.22, and against your advice when the price was up by > 12%, I managed to sell a third of my holding at $7.30. However, before the sell order was completely filled the price started to fall and is now below what I originally paid ($6.02 today). Is it worth continuing to hold my remaining two-thirds?
06:20 – Q2: Now that the Treasurer has rejected the MYX takeover, what residual value (if any) do you see in MYX?
11:18 – Q3: The GGUS trade had a soft start and given the indicators you follow and the initial direction – is the trade still meeting criteria or now its back to almost the entry level is it time to get out?
